Chicken Pot Pie

Ok, so I decided to make homemade Chicken Pot Pie on Thursday night. I pretty much made up the recipe and if I do say so myself, it was AWESOME!!! Super super easy too! The secret is to use biscuits as the crust on top. It made is so crispy on the top but inside it was so moist. Anyways, you'll have to try it!

Valentines 2010

Every year we celebrate Valentines Day the week after, otherwise the restaurants are insanely busy. So this year we went to a Brazilian Restaurant and it was a blast. We love going to those places, its just something different then the usual "date nights". Either way, I wanted to say that I LOVE LOVE LOVE my husband very very much. I love that he is my best friend and I love that he always has my back. I love that he is always honest with me. I love his funny dance moves, I love his awesome cooking. I am just in LOVE with this man like you wouldn't believe!

COUNTING OUR BLESSINGS.... Christmas 2009

This years Christmas was a good one. For one, we still have my dad here, which is an awesome blessing. We have family and friends, and we have our health. And not to mention we both still have jobs. We felt very lucky this year. Who knows what 2010 will have in stored for us.....

ONE YEAR OLDER AND WISER TOO....

I actually have a 2 year old. Crazy! We went to the Zoo for her birthday and she loved it. She actually walked most of the way, which surprised me. I love that she is 2, we have so much fun together. I love her so much and I'm so happy she is mine.
